Before deleting again, the admin should ensure that the material is substantially identical and not merely a new article on the same subject. A substantially identical copy, by any title, of a page that was deleted as a result of a discussion in Articles for deletion or another XfD process, unless it was undeleted per the undeletion policy or was recreated in the user space. I would also like to inform anyone who wants to use 'speedy deletion' on this article because of 'Recreation of deleted material. Hopefully people can enjoy this new article and won't throw it away as trash. Which was mispelled, don't believe me? Buy a Ukrainian newspaper that had the advertisements in it. I've seen this many times before on the history and talk page of 'LS Magaizine'. But many people who are biased, will first delete the entire thing and say that I had no sources. Also this is the most unbiased and socially acceptable article on LSM that I have seen so far. Every one has mispelled the LS-Studio's and LS-Magazine's company names by not entering hyphens.
